At URSTRONG, everything starts with Friendology, our award-winning, skills-based friendship curriculum designed to be taught explicitly and intentionally through weekly lessons all year long.

After reviewing leading wellbeing frameworks such as CASEL and PERMA, we identified 12 evidence-informed concepts that consistently support friendship development. These concepts don’t replace Friendology – they bring it to life.

Our Friendship Journals, weekly Friendology lessons, and resources in the Resource Library for URSTRONG Schools explicitly teach students how to:

  • show empathy, courage, and kindness in real-world situations
