Information for Parents

Supporting your child through the ups and downs of friendship!

At about 6 years old, children move beyond basic relational skills (like sharing and fairness) and friendships become more complex. Friendship Fires™ ignite and feelings are deeply hurt. URSTRONG teaches children what’s normal in a friendship and the importance of surrounding themselves with friends who make them feel good.

URSTRONG lays the groundwork so that your daughter or son will develop the foundational principles for managing conflict, standing up for themselves, and making healthy choices within their friendships. URSTRONG will open up the line of communication between you and your child so you can use a common language for talking about their social life!

Our products have been specifically designed to help inspire, support, and empower parents and kids around the world.

Happy testimonials from teachers & parents

Your message of truth and respect in all of our relationships was so powerful. I have read so many books and your program is the perfect combination of all of the very best advice and research that I have read amongst them all. Thank you for giving my daughter a renewed confidence and skills to create beautiful relationships.

GirlPower provided practical tools to help the girls manage those difficult Friendship Fires. Your program also gave me crucial language that the girls can relate to and use in their day-to-day experiences.
