A Whole-School Friendship Strategy – The Key to Belonging 

Relationships are the heart of wellbeing and learning, yet many schools do not have a whole-school friendship strategy. In this presentation, Dana Kerford will introduce educators to the science of friendship and how URSTRONG Schools around the world are creating cultures of kindness & belonging by teaching students a unique language of friendship. Dr Deb Perich will share a case study from Perth College, Australia. Dana & Deb hope to empower educators with practical strategies to improve the social climate in their classrooms.     

The virtual conference runs over three days from June 21 to June 23, 2021.
