Sorry this event has ended.
Through interactive parent-child activities, parents will learn language & strategies to support their child to create healthy, feel-good friendships. This session will review concepts taught at URSTRONG Schools through our Friendology 101 curriculum to reinforce a common “language of friendship” including:
Parents will also learn how to access a FREE course that includes 10 videos + activities to support your child in their friendships. You will learn how to unlock hundreds of activities, videos, and articles that are available to you and your child!
This session is for ALL AGES! Dana will be addressing how friendships change & evolve from the younger ages into teenhood and providing strategies for all ages. She will explain how the strategies even apply to adults and how she uses the tools in her own life.
Younger children are invited to bring along a soft toy for role-playing activities and there will be an opportunity to ask Dana questions at the end of the session!

Hi Parents & Kids,
Today’s the day and we can’t wait to see you at Language of Friendship: Public at 6:00pm. As a reminder the Zoom details are below:
Ideally, you and your child are in a comfortable spot watching along together. This is special, quality time on a topic very near to their hearts! You will have the option to have your video on/off and you will be muted throughout the session. Younger children are welcome to have their favorite “fuzzy friend” (soft toy) with them to help with role-plays. If you can’t attend live – no problem! We will send you a replay afterwards, so that you & your child can watch at a time that works for you. For this reason, as indicated on the registration form, refunds won’t be issued unless the event is cancelled.
I’ve got lots of tips to share with you & can’t wait to spend this special time with you all!
Kindly, |
