Parents will also receive access to a free URSTRONG Family membership that includes hundreds of activities, videos, and articles that are available to you and your child!
This session is for ALL AGES! Dana will be addressing how friendships change & evolve, providing strategies for all ages. She will explain how the strategies even apply to adults and how she uses the tools in her own life.
Younger children are invited to bring along a soft toy for role-playing activities and there will be an opportunity to ask Dana questions at the end of the session!

I will open up the session about 10 minutes early for you to get set. This workshop will take place online, via Zoom. If this is a first for you might want to try a test by clicking here.
Ideally, you and your child are in a comfortable spot watching along together. This is special, quality time on a topic very near to their hearts! You will have the option to have your video on/off and you will be muted throughout the session. Younger children are welcome to have their favorite “fuzzy friend” (soft toy) with them to help with role-plays.
Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions and we’ll see you very soon!
Kindly,
Dana
