Richelle currently runs her own Consultancy business. Richelle’s current and previous roles have supported her to develop an extensive set of skills and knowledge in the fields of community development, education and training.
Richelle’s experience in a range of sectors has allowed her to gain diverse experience in the field of youth work, working directly with families and children, and the training sector, developing and delivering training across a range of contexts and to a broad audience. Richelle has developed and facilitated many workshops on interpersonal skills, coaching and mentoring young people, life skills and leadership development.
Richelle also brings experience as a children’s entertainer, working under the name ‘Ricky Possum’ for Possum Music and performing fun and entertaining shows to children across Western Australia.
Richelle has a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science (Human Services) and a Graduate Diploma in Training and Development.
Richelle is passionate about supporting tweens to develop their emotional intelligence, providing them with the ability to recognize their own and other people’s emotions and to use this emotional information to guide their thinking and their behavior.
Richelle has a two young children and is committed to supporting them to connect with their own emotions and to confidently navigate their way through the tween years and beyond.
