Friendology Educator Training

Friendology 101 Educator Training is a blended learning model – a combination of live classes + videos. There is an easy homework assignment at the end of each session, along with suggested ways to dig even deeper.

Session 1: The Science of Friendship

This session explores the science behind social-emotional wellbeing and why friendship skills must be prioritized in schools.

Homework: Reflect on how your life would have been impacted if you had been taught friendship skills as a child.

This session provides an overview of our core concepts including the Friendship Facts and the Friend-o-Meter.

Homework: Review this lesson plan on Must-Haves, Deal-Breakers, & Ice-Cream.

Session 3: The Language of Friendship – Part Two

This session provides an overview of our core concepts including Friendship Fires vs Mean-on-Purpose behaviour.

Session 4: Friendology 101

This session teaches educators how to utilise our Friendology 101 curriculum along with hundreds of resources to enrich the curriculum.

Homework: Choose a stage and watch all 8 sessions of Friendology!
